We are all familiar with Fashion Weeks major players; New York, Milan, London, Paris, Tokyo. However, throughout the United States, there are several cities that hold their own exclusive events. One of the most prestigious of those is Sacramento Fashion week. They celebrated their 10 year anniversary with a weeklong event produced by Duane Ram, Missy O'Daniel, and Ryan Brough which took place February 21st-27th. Here they gathered some of the most talented pool of designers to showcase with the focus on creating an economic growth and awareness to the local fashion industry.
A sure stand out during Sacramento Fashion Week was The Queen's Chair collection. Designer Frances Wright, showcased her collection entitled "Madam Mozel” with Sacramento Fashion Week on February 27th. The vintage inspired collection was cutting-edge, elegant, exquisite, exclusive and made a real fashion statement as the model walked the runway. Each piece that hit the runway told a story, which represented rich history of different eras and cultures from around the world. It brought those watching back to the Victorian times, when the queen was in power and woman's fashion surged to the forefront. The Victorian high neck style designs included beautiful distinctive fabrics and unique textiles, all of which is fitting for any Queen of fashion.
Frances Wright also designs custom handbags to go along with her timeless design pieces. The craftsmanship and the artistic details that went into these one of a kind handbags were nothing short of amazing. They are a must have!
Find your inner Queen and dare to be different by ruling the world when stepping out in a design from “Madam Mozel" Collection.
